Behaviour Action Team

Limestone Learning Foundation

The Behaviour Action Team is a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to the school success of students identified with complex behavioural, mental health and learning needs. The team assists school administrators with the Community Threat Assessment Protocol when it is deemed appropriate as a result of a student’s violent behaviour towards self and/or others. This team consists of Clinical Consultants, School Attendance Counsellors, Student Support Counsellors, and the Itinerant Behaviour Teacher.

  • Support to District Learning Centres

  • Linking with community agencies

  • Community Threat Risk Assessments

  • Building awareness and understanding of social, emotional, behavioural and mental health needs
