The 2023-2024 School Climate Survey will happen at all schools between April 22 to May 3, 2024. The survey results will help the Limestone District School Board understand more about how to make our schools safer and welcoming for everyone.
Students will be given the option to participate in the survey between April 22 and May 3 during class time at school. The survey is voluntary and anonymous. No student’s name or student number will be on the survey. The results will only include information about groups of students and will not identify any individual students.
The survey questions are about learning, bullying, inclusion, well-being, and identity. This year, Limestone DSB is working closely with KFL&A Public Health to include questions about sleep, physical activity, food, mental health, and for students in Grade 7 to 12, substance use. Limestone DSB will share the answers to these questions with KFL&A Public Health so they can plan and improve programs that are offered in our classrooms. These questions are also voluntary and anonymous.
