Dear Families,
Thank you for your patience and understanding over the last few days.  I am very pleased to share the great news that in-person learning will resume at all Limestone schools tomorrow morning (Tuesday, November 8). Today, the Government of Ontario announced it would revoke Bill 28 in its entirety and representatives from the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) have agreed to end their current protest.  As a result, both parties are returning to the central negotiating table.
This is fantastic news for everyone, and we look forward to the resumption of in-person learning with our highly valued employees, who provide critical services to students, staff, schools, and the system, returning to work tomorrow.

Thank you again for your patience.
Krishna Burra Director of Education
